Negative Energy From People

I’ve had plenty of those endless nights when I just can’t sleep. Finally, I get tired of tossing and turning, and watching the time on my digital clock slowly tick by. I try to watch some television and flip through numerous channels and manage to catch the ending of the 1958 remake of “The fly.” It is a movie about a mad scientist who conducts an experiment that goes terribly wrong. Suffice it to say that the scientist turned himself into a giant hybrid man fly.

I then turn the television off and start to search the Internet. Then, I skim over articles and very generic blog post that talk about negative energy, people with bad energy, and how to avoid people who expend toxic energy.

Finally, I am exhausted and right before the sun rises, I decide to crawl back into bed. But there is a buzzing sound in my head. Then, I start to think about the movie, “The Fly.” It was a really weird movie, with great special effects. The acting was incredibly compelling, and the storyline intriguing. It was then that I really began to understand the underlying premise of the movie.

A fly carries over 100 different kinds of diseases and germs. This stems from their love and attraction to animal feces and wet decaying matter. People who are negative are attracted to your weaknesses. Much like a fly, they want to make you “decay in matter.” They want to make you feel worthless, insecure, and vulnerable. Much like the mad scientist in the movie, “The fly.” Their lives are just one big experiment that went terribly wrong.

They probably went through a great deal of heartbreaks, betrayals, and deceit that not only made them hard inside. But transformed them into a hybrid form of a monster. They are not able to generate good emotions like love, peace, and bliss into their lives. So they need to take it from other people. Very much like a fly, they spit their venom, vomiting on people, breaking them down, and sucking them back up.

These are the people who we hate to be around. I am sure that there are dozens of life-coaches who will tell you to either avoid them, or talk to them about their issues. I am sure that it is very difficult dealing with negative people, especially if they are a loving spouse, parent or troubled child. After all, we all have our bad moments. But the best thing to do is not give them permission to hurt you.

If you feel that these people bring out the worst in you, then show them the worst in you. If they make you angry, then get angry. If they make you feel sad or guilty, then be sad and guilty. Just know that it is never a good idea to suppress your emotions. This gives negative people more power. They are looking to get a reaction, a rise out of you, and if you give it to them, they will keep coming back looking for more.

The best way to handle negative people is to totally detach your-self from the situation. Treat them like they are characters in a movie. Be entertained; enjoy the special effects and compelling storyline. Watch them from a distance and understand that they are just actors. They are just actors who love drama. Then, you can walk away understanding that the emotions that they made you feel, stem from their own issues, not yours. By doing this, you will start to build walls, that are impervious to negative people’s venom.

How To Deal With Angry People?

There are many nights when I just can’t sleep. After hours of tossing and turning, I decide to watch some TV. I flip through 327 channels and start to watch a remake of the 1958 classic, “The Fly.” I get bored, turn off the TV and do some surfing on the Internet. I read some informative blogs on how to deal with angry and irate people.

Around 4:06 am in the morning I crawl back into bed. The room is pitch black and all these crazy thoughts start to pop into my head. First, I think about the movie, “The Fly.” The title is pretty much self-explanatory. An experiment goes terribly wrong, and a mad scientist turns himself into a hybrid man fly.

The movie has great special effects, even for 80s standards. The acting was compelling, and the storyline intriguing. Then, I start to think about all the blogs and the search engine friendly written articles that coach people on how to deal with difficult and angry people. Suddenly, I came up with a wonderful idea. What if I could merge the two?

I’ve worked in retail and in the customer service arena and took my fair share of punches, from angry customers, to irate guests, to people who even threatened to kill me. In times like these, I just want to steal one of the Joker’s lines and ask them, “Why so serious?” It’s really amazing how little things can send people off the deep end. It’s like their angry knobs just go from zero to ten in a mere second. I am sure there are about ten life-coaches, and thirteen motivational advisors that can give you the best tips on how to handle angry people. But first, we have to understand why people are so damn angry.

I think that these angry people are very much like the mad scientist in the movie, “The Fly.” Much like an experiment, something in their life went terribly wrong. Maybe their dad left, or their mom wasn’t caring enough? Perhaps they were victims of abuse or a traumatic event that made them part human, and part monster? We all get angry, and we all have negative traits. However, we know that we have a problem when we feel the need to punch holes in walls, or onto people’s faces.

Anger is really buried pain. These people have deep-seated issues that they weren’t able to express freely. They really don’t know how to be happy, or find joy or peace in their lives. So they prey on the weaknesses of others. Very much like a fly, they gravitate toward decaying matter, because they want to make you “decay in matter.” They want you to feel worthless, weak, and defeated. They want you to feel the same pain that they feel inside.

People who are always angry are like Hitler on steroids. They are on a constant power trip, and they want to eliminate anyone who they feel threatened by. So they are going to spit their venom on you. Very much like the hybrid man fly, they are going to try and vomit on you, melt down your defenses, so they can suck all the goodness and love out. There are two ways that you can deal with angry people. You can punch them in the face and risk getting arrested or slapped with a lawsuit. Or you can treat them like the characters they are.

Watch them as if you are watching a movie. Enjoy the special effects, the compelling storyline, drama, and acting. Because really, in the end, that’s all these people really are, actors who love drama. Just remember, it’s ok to feel your emotions, just detach yourself from the situation. Then walk away understanding that the emotions that they made you feel, stem from their own issues, not yours. This is the only real way to deal with angry people.

Love Abundance

It is better to give than to receive. This adage is written and practiced in almost every faith and religion. People can literally give the shirts off their backs and be disappointed when they end up in the poor house. Don’t be fooled by all this crap about giving and not receiving. It’s just a tactic that people use to trick you into giving them your money!

I’ve done everything from meditations, listening to CDs, even attending workshops all an attempt to attract abundance into my life. Sadly, the money in my pocket went from half full to empty in a span of a couple of years. Finally, I got fed up. And I began to understand that abundance is not really about having a great deal of money. It was about attracting a great deal of love.

Somewhere along the way, the concept of abundance being about money and not love was lost. Maybe it happened when the barter system crashed, and people started to use money as currency for trade. This is perhaps when the love for money began. People understood that if they had enough money, they could buy whatever their little hearts desired such as food, clothes, luxuries, even people!

Now, we are very careful about how we spend our money. We are thrifty, and many of us chose to buy only the things that we really need. We shop for clothes during off seasons; we clip coupons out of magazines and newspapers. And we are always on the everlasting quest to find a good deal. We understand that we have to make our money stretch as far as possible.

Similarly, we do the same things in relationships. Many of us hold on to our love as if it is our last dollar in our wallets. We mistakenly believe that love is something that is supposed to be rationed. We treat love as if it is money. We look for the deals and steals. We look to transact with people who are willing to give us a 90-day money back guarantee. We are constantly looking for measures of safety to avoid the pain at being at a loss.

But we never can avoid the pain of loss. There is no such thing as a love warrantee. If we put our hearts on the line, there is a chance that our hearts might get broken. We suffer from loneliness and longing because we are conditioned to believe that love is scarce. We believe that much like a currency, we have to earn it and make sacrifices to feel love. We enter into these love contracts where we feel so entrapped and restricted because we have to give up so much of ourselves. Then, love becomes nourishing, but it also works to imprison the soul.

We feel imprisoned by love when we have to live up to someone else’s expectations. Or when we have to adhere to someone else’s standards. In these kinds of relationships, we are plagued by the fear that if we don’t behave in a certain why, then the love that we share with someone will end. This way of thinking is fallacy. Because real love never dies, it never comes to and end. Real love is self-love and once we understand its power. We are able to let go of all expectations. We are then able to all people to feel comfortable being who they are.

We don’t have to go through life in the dark. We don’t have to keep our love on locked down. Once we understand the true power of love, we can operate as if we are millionaires. We can write love checks and never fear that we will take a loss. Self-love is about abundance. When we have self-love, we are no longer dependent on other to meet our needs. We simply don’t have any expectations this is why people say that it is better to give than to receive.

How To Get Along With Difficult People?

There is a race to the finish line. Millions of sperm cells are swimming, faster than an Olympic Gold medalist to get the ultimate prize. Cells are the smallest units of human life, and much like all aspects of life. They are looking to evolve, by merging with a single female egg. Their ultimate goal is to create something much better than themselves.

Much like in life, winner takes all. The winning sperm cell barricades the doors to ensure that no other cell can sneak in and fertilize the female egg. The losing sperm cells stomp off, looking for easier conquest, that doesn’t require all the hard work, and disappointments. So they work to merge with other fluids in the body, fluids that may or may not be excreted over time.

Shamans understood the concept of evolution long before the invention of the microscope. They understood that atoms were tiny particles that looked to align with things that were equal or greater than them selves. In Western Africa, the Yoruba people called this process realignment. This is when the earthly and heavenly consciousness merge into one.

This concept is also widely discussed in the ancient practice of Tantra. Many people mistakenly believe that Tantra is just about sex. However, Tantra is really about synchronizing two different souls. Sexual intercourse is analogous to the spiritual dance between a man and a woman. This represents two opposing forces that unite or merge, and move and work together as if they are one. When two people are totally in tune with each other, they can feel each other’s emotions. The key to good communication is learning how synchronization works.

The five senses smell, taste, touch, hearing, and seeing, can all be combined to formulate the sixth sense. The sixth sense is our intuition. We have been conditioned throughout the years to believe that our senses are separate and operate interdependently.

But that way of thinking is a fallacy. Our senses are much like a rainbow. A rainbow is just one beam of light. However, it appears to have several different segments. Each sense operates on a different vibrational frequency. We communicate energetically with our senses. We have confrontations or miscommunications with people when our vibrational frequencies are mismatched. And we are not on the same page.

However, there are ways around this. We don’t have to avoid people we don’t like. Or not speak up for ourselves because we fear confrontations. We can communicate better with people by using our intuition. Misunderstandings stem from two people not being on the same page, or on the same vibrational frequencies. One person needs to see, while the other needs to hear. People can solve this problem by deciding to work on a higher vibrational frequency. People who use their intuition are able to create instant chemistry. They are able to strongly influence and lead others toward a common goal.

Much like the smallest living unit, the cell. People are always looking to align with something greater than them selves. So if you are constantly trying to work with difficult people. Change the vibrational frequency! Work from your intuition, follow your gut, and say whatever comes to your mind. Discuss the feelings that are buried deep down in your heart. I guarantee that you will be surprised by the reaction.

Future readings

I remember when I was in pre-school. Many of the little boys had a nasty little habit of picking their scabs. They seemed to be fascinated by the stream of blood trickling down their knee. When our teacher saw the blood, she would rush over to the boy. I can still remember her exact words, “quit picking at it!” All the while, the boy was chewing away on the scab like it was a stick of bubble gum.

Picking your scabs is a really bad habit. I am sure, there are some people who get a sick kind of pleasure out of watching blood trickle out of an unhealed wound; maybe they have some kind of obsessive-compulsive disorder, or hidden anxiety. Or maybe, they just don’t want to heal. Maybe they like the pleasure of pain and want to experience it over and over again until they get a permanent scar.

I am often reminded of scab pickers when people ask about readings or divinations. Some of these people are looking for a specific outcome and will stop at nothing until they reach someone who is willing to tell them what they want to hear. Of course, they are looking for a positive outcome. However, they are unaware that “their” intentions actually influence the outcome.

Ifa is about nature. Nature at its smallest form is an atom, the smallest unit of matter. Many people have a difficult time understanding complex principles in Ifa, because many of them are similar to the concepts of Quantum theory. In Ifa, nothing is either good or bad, everything is good and bad. In Quantum Theory, an atom spins both counter-clockwise and clockwise at the same time. It is the velocity or a magnetism that determines if an atom is going to spin either clockwise or counterclockwise.

What does this mean? It means that it is our intention that determines our fate. Energy, in its purest form is really neutral. It is our intention that determines if it is going to be good or bad. Many people go reading shopping, and start to work with different diviners. They fail to understand that the diviner or the reader can actually influence the outcome of the reading.

In Quantum theory there is the concept of parallel worlds. This means that past, present, and future all exist at the same time. However, they exist in different dimensions. The past affects the present and the present affects the future. Good diviners are incredibly careful and approach a reading much like a surgeon. They use their divining tools with a great deal of dexterity. They can see the possible outcomes and can guide people in the right direction.

Things get a little grey, when the person getting the reading, refuses to be guided. So they go and get a second opinion. By doing this they are like the sick people who pick their scabs. The first diviner has already set the intention in motion. So working with a second diviner is like ripping the skin off of a wound and letting it bleed all over again.

The wound is re-exposed. If the second diviner is not as skilled as the first, they can corrupt the reading. Their intentions can bring about negative outcomes. This is why people who go “reading shopping” get different results. They are tinkering with the present and are therefore changing their future. Getting multiple readings is like picking your scabs. You are not giving your wound a chance to heal properly. And you are not allowing the intention set by the diviner to evolve naturally.

Future readings

My brother had the nasty habit of picking his nose and his scabs. I suppose he got some kind of cheap thrill at reopening old wounds and watching them bleed. In most instances, the top layer of the scab much like the boogies from his nose would end up in his mouth. I still can remember him chewing on lose skin as blood trickled down his thigh.

When I was growing up, picking scabs was just considered a nasty habit. Now, like most things, it is a serious medical condition. A person who picks their scabs can have an obsessive-compulsive disorder or hidden anxiety. I think that these people truly don’t want to heal because they love the pleasure of pain. They want to keep reopening the same wound, over and over again.

I often think about scab pickers when people tell me that they are addicted to psychics. While they are talking to me and telling me all the horror stories about how they have paid thousands for readings and psychics, the question that is screaming in the back of my mind is, when did you think to stop? That’s the problem, they couldn’t.

They needed to know if their husband was cheating on them. Then they needed to know if their husband still loved them. Then, they had to find out if their husband was really happy in their marriage. The questions went on and on. And the responses were always different. Why, because no one can predict the future with 100 percent accuracy.

I am sure I am going to get a lot of heat about this article. I’ll receive more nastygrams and crank calls from people with bad aliases like Madame Butterfly. But, I am going to keep it real and tell you what readings are all about. Readings are about intention. And unlike Madame Butterfly, I can actually back up my theory with science.

You see Miss Butterfly, there is actually something called an atom. An atom is the smallest unit of matter. It vibrates at different frequencies, and it spins both clock-wise and counter-clockwise at the same time. It is the velocity or magnetism that determines the direction of an atom. Okay, so you’re thinking, what the hell does that have to do with readings? Honestly! A lot. The spirit world mirrors the physical world. The atom, the smallest unit of matter is the purest form of energy. It contains both good and bad elements. It is our intentions that determine if the outcome is going to be good or bad.

However, things get tricky when certain types of questions are asked. For example, if a woman walks in and asks if her husband still loves her. The reading is going to be influenced by the intentions of the reader, the intentions of the woman asking, and by the intentions of the diviner. In these cases, the person with the strongest intention wins. And the cards/shells will fall in their favor. This concept explains why different readings produce different results.

The key is to find one good diviner with a strong sense of intention. This diviner can set the present in motion so future outcomes are beneficial to the reader. Getting readings from people known as Madame Butterfly is not only counter-productive, but as senseless as ripping the skin off your wound just to see it bleed. Let your wounds heal properly, and work with someone who can really help you.

Remove Negative Energy

The question always comes up. What is negative energy? I’ve been around the block, and I’ve heard all kinds of spiritual stories about ridding and removing negative energy. Some people smoke out their houses while others use prayers and spiritual altars. I am sure that all of these techniques are effective. However, if you really want to learn how to remove negative energy, you must first understand what it is.

Have you ever opened your refrigerator and have been attacked by an awful smell? The smell could be curdled milk, rotten eggs, soggy wet lettuce, or decaying pork-chops that now resemble ground beef. Then, you work to hurriedly put the contents in a large trash bag and rush it into a trashcan. But the smell just lingers like a bad after-taste. That smell, stems from one of nature’s best inventions called entropy.

Negative energy is really very simple, but there are a lot of people who make it very complicated. A wise Shaman once told me that negative energy sits close to the ground. Another great Shaman told me that negative energy is an invisible force that zaps people’s energy. Both Shamans are right. However, I like to mix things up a bit, and use some of the basic elements of science to explain negative energy.

Nature gives us a great deal of resources, such as food. But if we don’t eat the food, then it will go bad. Nature is all about give and take. And energy works very much like your sick days. You have to use them or lose them. Nature is all about growth and evolution, so energy is always working to merge or convert itself into something greater than what it currently is.

Our bodies need food in order to operate. Our digestive system breaks food down into sugar and then glucose. The glucose actually fuels our muscles and enables us to exercise and do other physical movements. Ideally, the intake and outtake of energy should be the same. This concept is known as balance in spiritual terms.

Here’s where this concept gets a little complicated. When food starts to sit for a long while, entropy starts to increase. What does this mean? It means that the heat starts to build and atoms within the food start to get a little crazy. They become infected with bacteria and start to bump into other atoms causing collisions. However, by doing this, they are infecting all the atoms they come into contact with. We understand this process and call it deterioration. But when energy begins to deteriorate it becomes negative. So in a nutshell, negative energy, is energy gone bad.

But deterioration is really a part of nature’s process, for it defines time. The past is really a deterioration of energy. This is why many great Shamans talk about not focusing so much on the past, for it is negative and it can zap your energy. Negative energy is controlled by gravity or magnetism, so it will pull you close to the ground. Just remember, negative energy works very much like a bacteria. It wants to spread its germs and infect everything that it comes into contact with.

Of course, you’re probably wondering. How do we avoid negative energy? We avoid it by not allowing the bacteria to spread. Negative energy is very much like cancer; it can be treated when detected early. However, if the cancer is not found early, it can spread to other parts of the body. Just remember negative energy will always work to pull you down, make you sick, or have unnatural thoughts that cause you to lose energy. But if you really want to remove negative energy, stay on the right path, and ensure that your energy is being converted into a purpose that is greater than yourself.

Clearing Negative Energy

Everyone has there own technique when it comes to clearing energy. From wearing a cross, to splashing holy water, to smoking out a house, to praying close to an altar. There are dozens of wives tales about negative energy and how to clear it. I have been studying spirituality for some time now, and I think that I’ve heard almost everything in the book about how to clear negative energy. However, the more difficult question that I like to ask people is. What is negative energy?

I suppose that we really can’t solve a problem if we don’t understand it. However, when I ask people what is negative energy? I get all kinds of blanket answers. Some of the answers that I get is that negative energy sits close to the ground. Or that negative energy is energy that causes people to degrade in character. I’ve heard it all, and it all make sense. But I decided to come up with my own definition of what negative energy is.

Have you ever opened your refrigerator door and taken a whiff of something that smells completely awful? You survey the contents and find thick curdled milk, soggy green lettuce, brown ground beef, and moldy sandwich bread. Well, would you believe me if I told you that this was negative energy? I know it sounds crazy, but just give me a few more sentences to prove my point.

When we buy food fresh from the produce section. It is plump and ripe and ready to be eaten. These fruits contain an element called free energy. Our digestive system converts this energy into sugar and then into glucose. Glucose gives our muscles the fuel that we need to be physically active. Ideally, we should be taken in and putting out the same amount of energy. A lot of spiritualists refer to this process as balance.

Food starts to go bad when it is not kept at a certain temperature. This happens because the heat starts to build and the atoms within the food start to go crazy. They begin to spread like gangsters in a bad neighborhood. They bully and bump into other atoms to create collisions. By doing this, they are forcing other atoms to join their gang. This concept explains the spreading of bacteria. Now, you would never eat rotten food because it would make you sick.

This is what negative energy is. It is bacteria that makes you sick or causes you to degrade in character. It is the pull of gravity or magnetism that causes the collisions between atoms. The atoms share information, and thus work to spread their infection, until the bacteria, germs, sickness, or disease is completely fully grown. So in a nutshell, negative energy is energy gone bad.

Negative energy has actually gotten a bad reputation. It is not all bad. Negative energy works to ensure that the universe is naturally balanced through a process of give and take. The universe will give you food. However, if you don’t eat it, the Universe will take it away. I guess people would call this process deterioration. However, energy very much like the intake of food is always looking to merge or convert itself into something greater than what it currently is.

So how to clear negative energy? You need to treat negative energy like it is a cock-roach and stomp on it before it spreads. Just remember negative energy can be thoughts or people who bring you down, foods that you eat that aren’t compatible with your body. Or even careers or jobs that are not inline with your overall purpose. The trick is to not let the bacteria spread.
